Leadership Development - ELT
An internationally established people & organisational development consultancy that focuses on delivering greater people & organisational performance that leads to enabling cultures that optimise stakeholder value.

ELT was initially founded and formed in Dubai in 2015 and reestablished in the UK in 2019 due to the pandemic. Previously, to 2015 the founder was highly active in delivering executive education within business schools & executive coaching.

Over the years of service ETL has had the opportunity to serve clients throughout the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Kuwait & Qatar), and throughout the UK/Europe, the USA, and South Africa.

Today, ELT's founder draws on a team of highly competent, experienced coaches, practitioners, educators and facilitators who deliver people & organisational performance solutions globally.

Our Purpose is to leave a legacy of creative people & organisational development solutions that inspire the people we serve to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.

Our Founder - Omar Ismail MSc, MNLP & HNLP

Omar has over 26 years of people and organisational development experience and is a published author of the book “Leading Cats & Dogs in the Workplace”. As the founder of Executive Leadership Transformation Ltd, he collaborates with several associates to deliver global people & organisational performance improvement programmes & solutions.  

During his career, he has held several senior positions, such as Head of Learning & Development and Director of People Development. He has been a faculty member for Imperial Business School, Cass Executive Education and PWc’s training academy. 

He currently spends his time either carrying out executive coaching, providing consulting, or delivering programmes and creating courses for the CIPD, AIHR academy & PWc in the UK & throughout the GCC region. Omar’s core training & development programmes cover topics such as HR Strategy, Organisational Design, HR Agility, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management & engagement, leadership impact, coaching skills, conflict management and HR Data Analytics.
