Leading Cats and Dogs in the Workplace
Have you ever tried to herd cats and walk high energy dogs without a lead? Or have you ever wondered why certain people you know take what seems like hours to order from a menu whilst others take one look and say “Im hungry let’s eat”? If so, you may want to take a closer look at Leading Cats & Dogs in the Workplace.

The latest research on the generational gap in today's workforce suggests that there are significant differences in values, attitudes, and behaviours between different age groups. Such as different generations have different values, which can affect how they approach work and interact with their colleagues. For example, Millennials and Gen Z tend to value work-life balance, flexibility, and social responsibility, while Baby Boomers and Gen X tend to value stability, job security, and experience.

In my book I explore and share insights on the generational differences in the context of Cats & Dogs in the Workplace.
